For our division Accounting, at our location in Cologne we are looking for a
Senior Internal Control Specialist (m/f/d)
- Execute review of business processes and systems in order to identify the risks and draw-up the response
- Monitor controls & document controls
- Communicate the identified deficiencies in a clear manner to Senior Management & design the follow-up action plan
- Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders
- Assist in the relevant policies creation
- Experience with SOX / Internal Controls (3-5 years)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- MS Office literacy
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline
- CIA or other relevant certifications would be a plus
- Readiness to take responsibility and ownership of projects and building processes
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English, German language is a plus
- Outgoing personality
