Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is an EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA internationally accredited, research-orientated business school with university status. We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.

We are currently looking for a

Recruitment Manager (f/m/x)

to start as soon as possible in our department „Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions“.


  • Acquisition, consulting and support of prospective students and applicants for the respective programmes
  • Market and competitior analysis
  • Content development for programme marketing materials, both print and online
  • Data and campaign management
  • Collaboration in the creation of marketing materials, advertising materials and website content
  • Support in the development of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Creation and coordination of advertising materials and website content, including social media channels
  • Development of an annual marketing and sales plan
  • Plan, execute, and attend events for students and prospective students on and off campus
  • Maintain relationships with and engage Alumni, Student Ambassadors and Students
  • Representation at trade fairs and events (online, throughout Germany and selected locations worldwide)

  • Bachelor-s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Student Recruitment / Admissions and business school environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility in a team
  • Superior organizational skills, a high level of motivation and flexibility as well as a very good command of written and spoken English and German

In addition, you have good social skills and an understanding of higher education. Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
