The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration, management, and optimization of IT applications and digital processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee the integration of new software systems, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- IT Applications Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT applications and platforms, providing support, administration, and ongoing management.
- System Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate, introduce, integrate, test, and maintain software, systems, and IT solutions, continuously optimizing the existing system landscape.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, training materials, and training videos to support system users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Strategic Projects: Participate in strategic projects across various departments, contributing to the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business software applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s or Master's degree in Business Administration, System/ Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in (IT) project management & applications, process engineering, and systems optimization.
- Strong understanding of software integration, system optimization, and digital process management.
- Excellent technical skills, with experience in CRM and project management systems.
- Proficient in creating documentation and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business processes including cloud technologies (Azure, Atlassian).
- Proficiency in project management and process mapping tools (Jira, Visio)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions (Excel, PBI)
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills in English and German.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks effectively, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
