Country Manager DACH (m/f/x) -B2B SaaS Solution Location: Munich Responsibilities: Develop go-to-market strategies Lead the sales organization Manage consulting and support teams Build long-term customer relationships to increase NRR Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Marketing Strategy: Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
