For our Diehl Aviation site in Laupheim we are looking from 01.10.2024 for a:
Head of Airbus Commercials (m/w/d)
- You will work as a part-time manager with shared disciplinary team leadership responsiblity and lead a team of 5 to 7 people.
- Moreover, you will coordinate with clients (frequent/weekly) and lead negotiations with a focus on cross-work package topics.
- You will be in charge of the A350 protection RfI (Sustainability/customer added value).
- Furthermore, you will act as active customer interface and take care of the A330 Step 5 commercial offer.
- Finally, you will be responsible for the Eurofighter process qualification, the ASR sideletter and process improvements (budgeting process, ADE, etc.).
- You have a successfully completed diploma or master's degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable qualification and 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- You also have knowledge of systems like MS Office and SAP.
- You are characterised by very good leadership skills, analytical and structured thinking and a goal-oriented way of working.
- Very good knowledge of English, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile.
