Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking a

Manager SAP Security (m/f/d)

• Leadership of the functional area Authorization Management for all Vishay SAP systems
• Direction of the staff members area authorization
• Execution of conference calls and group meetings
• Creation and realization of operating instructions and guidelines
• Elaborating of harmonized authorization rules for all SAP systems
• Control, review and processing of authorization requirements
• Resource planning for group members
• Creation and adjustment of new authorization roles
• Cooperation/leadership of SAP projects (functional area authorization)
• Support of all SAP related audits
• Execution of internal training

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT
• Proven verbal, written, organizational and technical documentation skills
• SAP Authorization
• Experience as SAP Security Administrator with SAP ERP, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BO, SAP SCM
• Solid background in authorization analysis and troubleshooting
• International leadership
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
