For our Competence Center Readymix (CCR) Europe, we are looking for a CCR Analyst (f/m/d). The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg and reports to the RMC Improvement Manager Finance & Sustainability.

The mission of the job is to support the CCR Europe department with reporting and analytics on operational performance, P&L results, financial/Operation/Sustainability KPIs and other data to support performance improvement, support preparation for QMM, Steering Committee, CapEx and other senior managements meetings, validating data, and acting as a coordinator between CCR (Area & Global), Country and relevant Group functions.

The mission of the job is to support the CCR Europe department with reporting and analytics on operational performance, P&L results, financial/Operation/Sustainability KPIs and other data to support performance improvement, support preparation for QMM, Steering Committee, CapEx and other senior managements meetings, validating data, and acting as a coordinator between CCR (Area & Global), Country and relevant Group functions.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Support the CCR Europe team with reports and data analysis on P&L results, KPIs, and other performance scores for QMMs, Strategic Plans, CapEx Plans and other senior management meetings.

  • Perform ad hoc data analysis on various operational and financial topics to support CCR Performance Managers and country RMC businesses

  • Be well connected to controlling departments in HeidelbergMaterials Group and operations in Europe, and be a proficient user of their respective reporting systems including ACDC, MARS, SAP

  • Support CCR Improvement Managers in ACDC report connections, report validation, bugs/issues troubleshooting, and information and deep-dive analytics based on our ACDC analytic report toolset

  • Prepare relevant data for performance assessments and benchmarking presentations between business units

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years professional experience data analysis, controlling or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and the new Windows 365 digital collaboration tools

  • Proficiency or understanding of SAP PR0 and other business software solutions (i.e., Logistics Optimizers, Batch Controllers, QC Software, etc.)

  • Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects of RMC businesses and how they relate to each other

  • Ability to apply procedural, technical and systems recommendations in a pragmatic, hands-on way

  • Highly organized, detail-orientated, and self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills

  • Good analytic skills and the ability to engage people into a data-driven management culture

  • Experience in change management in digitization and centralization projects is a plus

  • Strong communication skills to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO in an international environment

  • Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages a plus
