# Role overview
The Data Delivery Specialist / AI (m/f/d) is a mid-level position within the IT, focusing on the delivery of product development. The Data Delivery Specialist / AI (m/f/d) introduces agile / hybrid ways of working, ensures process stability, coordinates with cross-functional teams and contributes to the overall success of the product.
# Responsibilities
As Data Delivery Specialist / AI (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the delivery of our Data / AI strategy. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scaling the team and promoting continuous improvement
- Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
- Removing obstacles that may impede the team's progress
- Ensuring that the team follows agile / hybrid practices and guidelines adapted to business needs
- Coaching the team on agile / hybrid practices
# Required skills and qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate group discussions and keep meetings on track
- Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Good familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw insights
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
