  • Define and align the annual marketing plan according to the strategy
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and steer all marketing activities (offline & online)
  • Take full responsibility for the marketing budget within the segments
  • Create strong and attractive commercial packages (presentations, promotions, argumentations, merchandising, etc.) for successful product launches in coordination with the Digital MarCom Manager, BU, and sales segments
  • Develop specific sales and merchandising materials to ensure standardized execution at the Point of Sales (POS)
  • Ensure localization and adaptation of offline and online content in collaboration with the Digital Expert and external agencies
  • Support the Sales Team during customer visits to present valuable materials and information and to understand customer needs
  • Support KAMs and Sales Reps in customer-specific marketing activities and promotions
  • Be an expert in the assigned markets by gathering and exchanging market data (customers, end-users, competition, products) with Customer Service, the Sales Team, and IHQ
  • Organize trade and customer fairs, including developing stand concepts and managing all related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary quality certifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with a focus on marketing, innovation, or business development
  • At least three years of relevant working experience in trade marketing, product, brand, innovation, and/or digital marketing management
  • Proven experience and success in the exploration, development, and launch of new, application-oriented product, marketing, or business concepts
  • Analytical, strategic-conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Systematic approach and determination in elaborating various topics
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in project management
  • High self-motivation, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GfK/Nielsen market panels and ideation and collaboration tools is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
