With the aim of making road traffic safer, Humanetics makes people the focus of product development and is therefore the world's leading manufacturer and pioneer of crash test dummies. Humanetics Digital focuses on digital crash test dummy twins, human body models and related simulation software platforms. To support our team, we are looking to fill a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position in Heidelberg as soon as possible:

Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) – Communications


As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the following tasks to drive our marketing efforts and support business growth:

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to define business priorities, launch marketing campaigns, and drive demand through lead generation campaigns
  • Develop, execute, and manage creative visual marketing assets, including print collateral, videos, website content, and advertising, as well as multimedia digital assets for targeted CRM campaigns
  • Write, copy-edit, and proofread copy for sales materials, ads, industry publications, and targeted communications like newsletters
  • Organize, book, and manage logistics for trade events to engage customers and build relationships, and integrate data from webinars and events into marketing efforts
  • Build brand recognition by assisting in detailed preparation for corporate events, maintaining internal tools such as inventory tracking, global contacts, and the corporate event calendar

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and technical proficiency to drive our marketing initiatives forward, while engaging all organizational levels:

  • 3+ years marketing experience in a technical B2B industry
  • Strong writing and creative skills including video editing and visual content creation (knowledge of Adobe software)
  • Event organization skills
  • Social media experience on B2B platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and follow processes
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Adherence of GDPR/PECR in relation to marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with initiative and ownership
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
