Humanetics Digital focuses on digital crash test dummy twins, human body models and related simulation software platforms. To support our team, we are looking to fill a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position in Heidelberg as soon as possible:

Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) – Growth Marketing


As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the following tasks to drive our marketing efforts and support business growth:

  • Drive lead management campaigns, coordinating closely with global sales organizations
  • Develop and execute compelling content strategies, marketing campaigns, and landing pages to drive inbound marketing and lead generation through SEO/SEM initiatives
  • Create and maintain forms, landing pages, campaigns, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot, and work with the Salesforce Admin to ensure data hygiene and maintain HubSpot/Salesforce synchronized
  • Organize, book, and manage logistics for trade events, ensuring a strong presence to engage customers and integrate data from webinars and events into marketing efforts
  • Develop data-driven marketing automations to nurture, qualify, and score leads, and deliver account-based marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical proficiency to drive our marketing initiatives forward, while engaging all organizational levels:

  • 3+ years marketing experience in a technical B2B industry
  • Proficiency with Google Data Studio, Search Console, Google Ads, and HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with email marketing, data integrity maintenance, and spreadsheet modelling
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and follow processes
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Adherence of GDPR/PECR in relation to marketing
  • Self-starter with initiative and ownership
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and strong numeracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
