YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In your role as Senior Commercial Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies that are in line with the company's overall objectives. This includes analyzing market opportunities and customer needs, setting sales targets and creating plans to achieve these targets.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving international alignment (especially in terms of pricing, trade terms and other commercial variables) and strategy for selected clients while developing negotiation plans in collaboration with the countries.
  • You will carry out audits in the individual countries to ensure progress and stakeholder satisfaction. Moreover, you will be building and maintaining relationships with key countries and partners to identify their needs. Driving the development of solutions to meet these needs is self-evident for you.
  • You will work on Agreements on medium-term plans to facilitate the necessary changes in the customer approach. Coordinating the CPI and providing the necessary support is also part of your tasks.
  • Through interdisciplinary collaboration with departments such as marketing or controlling, you will ensure that the sales strategies are in line with the overall business objectives. This involves working closely with these departments to ensure that products and services meet customer needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or in a related field. You have extensive professional experience at senior KAM level.
  • In addition, you have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of category, account and channel management set you apart.
  • You have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • In previous professional positions, you were able to prove your capability to work in diverse cultural environments and manage relationships with stakeholders on a global scale.
  • Furthermore, you proactively take responsibility and like to use your creative problem-solving skills to manage problems.
  • Your willingness to travel internationally and your excellent English and good German skills complete your profile.
