As an Organization & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) your role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our information security management system, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, and managing our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding the organization through audits, implementing security measures, and maintaining high awareness of information security within the company.
- Maintain and improve our existing information security management system according to DIN 27001 and ISO 20243, guiding the company through internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws in collaboration with our data privacy officer
- Administer, review and refine our GRC and internal control procedures
- Oversee updates to our organizational design and process landscape
- Manage our contracts with existing customers and partners and accompany the creation of new contracts
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Apprenticeship or a similar field
- You bring 3 years of experience in the organizational domain, ideally in the IT industry
- You have solid knowledge or work experience in information security, data protection, GRC, and internal control procedures
- You have broad experience in managing industry certifications and standards (particularly DIN ISO 27001) as well as initial experience in preparing and executing internal & external audits
- You have knowledge of industry guidelines, amendments and trends around data protection
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- You are highly motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
- You are fluent in written and spoken English & German
