This is a part time position (20–30 h / week).


  • Administrate a documentation sharing and colla­boration platform for con­tract revisions and draf­ting purposes as well as ensure the proper distri­bution of docu­ments and other related infor­mation
  • Cooperate with IT and other depart­ments in maintaining the integrity of the document manage­ment systems as well as train and provide guidelines to collea­gues on how to use the platforms
  • Implement and secure a docu­mentation and publishing process
  • Organise and manage the inter­nal archiving system
  • Provide final approval on docu­ments in the publishing process by ensuring that all docu­ments meet the standards concer­ning accuracy, com­pleteness and formatting
  • Develop and establish a record of documen­tation for KPI purposes
  • Support KPI analysis and process optimi­zation
  • Coordinate trainings as well as trai­ning content for the team

  • Degree in business administration, completed commer­cial apprentice­ship or equivalent quali­fication
  • Proven experience in document or record manage­ment and strong under­standing of docu­ment control systems and pro­cesses
  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Microsoft Teams
  • Fluency in German and English, ideally inclu­ding expertise in a bilingual con­tractual environ­ment
  • Excellent organisational and communi­cation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team mem­bers and other depart­ments
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
