Project Planer (m/f/d) in International Project Management
For Naval Technology Bulgaria EOOD in Varna (Bulgaria)


As a Project Planner, you'll be an integral part of our international project management team based in Varna, Bulgaria. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the construction of two frigates for the Bulgarian Navy, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Coordinate scheduling and planning processes with our Bulgarian partner shipyard and contractors.
  • Manage production document releases and supplier deliveries.
  • Proactively address deviations from the plan and update schedules accordingly.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and provide management-level updates.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation initiatives.
  • Assess risks and recommend measures to mitigate schedule-related issues.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, shipbuilding, or mechanical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in shipyard operations and ship newbuilding projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project), MS Office, and general computer applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken technical English; knowledge of German and/or Bulgarian is advantageous.
  • Diligent, forward-thinking, and motivated with strong time, cost, and quality management skills.
