  • As a working student, you support the delivery of HR transformation and digitalization projects by being involved in a broad range of project activities such as project management, change and training management, process design and documentation as well as technical solution design and testing
  • You support the daily business of the CoE when it comes to process, system and HR reporting support, e.g., ticket screening, categorization and responding
  • Part of your tasks is the support of the preparation and conduction of the annual headcount planning process, e.g., preparation of briefing sessions with EMEA sub-regions

  • You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management or similar
  • You are located in or close to Hamburg to work 20 hours/week in the office (Hamburg-Hammerbrook), remote work in alignment with superior is possible
  • Previous experience in HR, project management, process management (BPMN) and/or controlling is advantageous
  • You have PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • English language skills are required, German language skills are a plus
  • You have analytical capabilities, process thinking and very good communication skills
  • You describe yourself as structured with an autonomous working style

About the team:

The EMEA HR CoE Operational Excellence drives the standardization and digitalization of our EMEA- and Germany-wide HR processes and is responsible for EMEA- and Germany-wide HR controlling, e.g., delivering the annual headcount planning process as well as HR reporting. The team works closely with our headquarters in Tokyo and is part of global HR initiatives such as the SAP SuccessFactors implementation or HR operating model design. Fully staffed, the team consists of 11 members, partially working from Hamburg and from Wroclaw, Poland.
