Position title: Marketing Assistant / Assistant Brand Manager – Sistema, Contigo
Location: Frankfurt area (Hattersheim am Main), DE
Reports to: Sr. Manager, BATM

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the Regional Marketing Team's efforts for the Kitchen and Beverage Category. You will work with the Global Brand Team and Country Clusters to adapt global brand strategies to regional plans. Your role includes deploying brand guidelines and playbooks, contributing to building commercial plans, and creating selling decks with brand assets. You will help cascade these plans to local markets for brands like Sistema, Breville, Crockpot, Contigo and other.
You'll be part of marketing team of 5 people, collaborating with multicultural teams in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the adaptation of the Global Brand Strategy in collaboration with the marketing teams to tailor global brand strategies for regional plans in alignment with local market dynamics and consumer preferences
  • Assist with Brand Compass and Playbook Deployment within the region, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Help analyse local market trends, competition, and category performance, providing valuable insights to the global marketing team
  • Support the building of effective Commercial Plans and the cascading of Category Strategies and selling decks to Clusters.
  • Work closely with the Global Brand Management team to adapt marketing campaigns, including coordinating campaign shoots, selecting locations, and managing logistics
  • Develop comprehensive regional social media playbooks that outline content strategies and engagement tactics across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Coordinate best-in-class product commercialisation assets like product catalogues, launch kits, sell-sheets, product photography, enhanced e-commerce assets, and ensure product samples
  • Organise yearly trade fairs according to customer priorities, arrange registrations, coordinate brand presentations with agencies and internal team members, prepare necessary marketing materials on time and in full, and track and control the trade fair budget

What You'll Need
Minimum:
  • Completed University or Professional Degree
  • first Marketing experience, as trainee or intern or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company & with B2C background
  • Very good level of English for in-company communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
