Your tasks

  • Build strong relationships with the RTL AdAlliance media partners to understand what is possible in the creative solutions space, what the key programming/content is, who the audience is for different programmes/content, what creative commercial opportunities are available
  • Work with our colleagues in offices across Europe and US to gain a good understanding of clients in each business unit and their individual objectives/needs so that you are able to match media partner opportunities to specific clients, either on a reactive or proactive basis
  • Evangelise partnerships & solutions internally across RTL AdAlliance offices, ensuring all sales teams are aware of the most relevant opportunities in each market
  • Take briefs either directly from clients or from client leads in the business, be able to interrogate briefs, have confidence to request more information (but also be able to work without detailed briefings), create clear and compelling proposals and confidently pitch directly to clients / agencies

Your profile

  • 4-6 years media experience
  • Experience preferably working in a media agency or broadcast media owner, ideally in a sponsorship/partnership role or planning
  • Broadcast and digital media knowledge preferable. Having a clear understanding of the role that different media channels (and different creative solutions) play in the communications mix is vital
  • Excellent communication and ability to craft compelling pitch proposals
  • Lateral thinking, strong presentation skills, well-organised
  • Fluent in English and German
  • You are curious, have a proactive mindset, and are able spot opportunities for clients

Could also be based in Amsterdam or London (depending on the candidate)

Your team

Brand Solutions is the creative partnerships department of RTL AdAlliance, working alongside colleagues across Europe and the US to evangelise and educate on the topic of creative solutions both internally and externally, and creating strong responses to briefs. We work predominantly on broadcast (sponsorship, product placement, special ads, etc) as well as with digital publisher solutions and in recent years podcasts, meaning each working day is never the same.
