Demand Planner (m/f/d) EMEA


  • You prepare analyses and decision options, based on historical sales behaviour and perform monthly analyses of country demand forecasting
  • You analyse the application of the provided statistical forecasts and prepare, as well as, lead monthly demand review meetings on affiliate and country level to challenge local demand forecasts and to review forecast KPIs
  • You are responsible for constantly improving forecast quality and accuracy, while monitoring and reporting significant changes in demand forecasting
  • You continuously check and maintain the relevant material and master data in our demand planning system Anaplan (e.g. planning materials, predecessor-successor-relations, phase-in timings) and ERP system SAP (e.g. delivery scenario, safety stock procedure, lead times)
  • You are also responsible for training and supporting the countries in global planning (e.g. end-to-end demand, supply planning process), the country demand planners in the S&OP process and Anaplan, while safeguarding overall adherence to general demand planning rules
  • In order to improve our supply chain performance indicators and to monitor and control performance, you develop, create and control relevant reports and KPIs
  • Additionally, you identify process and system improvements and are responsible for initiating, as well as, realizing improvement projects or activities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience in demand or supply planning, ideally in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, if possible experience with SAP (MM/SD)
  • The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, while being able to efficiently manage time and yourself
  • Proven track record of effectively partnering with business partners on all organization levels and building trusted business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Team player with hands-on mentality and high degree of customer and business orientation
