On site role at our facility in Obernburg Germany, can work from home 1 day a week.


  • Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization for assigned locations, functions or departments in collaboration with HR team members and functional leaders
  • Serves as the point of contact to respond and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues from Associates and Leaders for assigned locations, functions or departments
  • Establishes strong professional relationships with assigned Leaders to facilitate management-employee coaching and evaluate workplace problems and construct relevant solutions.
  • Manages Associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions or departments
  • Support and manage the employee performance review process for assigned locations, functions or departments.
  • Leverage leadership development resources to manage and ensure the development needs of assigned locations, functions or departments are met.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions as required.
  • Partner with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure staffing needs for assigned teams are met.
  • Communicate, implement and manage new HR or office policies and processes as required.
  • Organize and conduct new employee orientation as designated.
  • Manage relevant Human Resources paperwork and documentation including, but not limited to, business contracts, employment verification, work hours and benefits for all assigned functions, locations or departments.
  • Maintains Associate information within the HRIS system ensuring updates are entered, maintained and process are completed in a timely basis.
  • Ensures that all HR data is secured and fully compliant with data privacy restrictions, maintains and protects both client confidentiality and NAMSA business confidentiality at all times.

​​​​​​Qualifications & Technical Competencies

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 1 - 2 years work experience within Human Resources required
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Languages : native local language German, fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working with a HR software
  • Ability to learn new technology and applications quickly
  • Availability to travel occasionally
  • Database application administration

  • Executes the recruitment process working with Regional HR Leader and Talent Acquisition
  • Serves as the first point of contact to respond and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Works with Regional HR Leader, client hiring departments and staffing vendor (s) to enter hiring requisitions in ATS and draft employment contracts and offer letters
  • Coordinates and assists with the on- and off-boarding of European Associates
  • Maintains Associate information within the HRIS system by entering and updating employment related data timely
  • Ensures data integrity for information provided to payroll and entered into all HRIS applications
  • Conducts various employment-related verifications within new hire process and in response to Associate or business request
  • Ensures that all HR data is secured and fully compliant with data privacy restrictions and government regulations
  • Runs monthly HR reporting
  • Assists with requisition creation and purchase orders for the HR department
  • Creates hardcopy Associate personnel files and maintains local Associate files at German location
  • Provides administrative support for various other Human Resources programs & processes as assigned
  • Facilitates training and development sessions as required
