As a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, Mercedes-Benz Bank Service Center in Berlin is responsible for the whole commercial business around financial services for Mercedes-Benz vehicles - from smarts to buses. Your tasks will be:

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the employees of the spanish collections team, the appropriate management of the operational business as well as the internal procedures.
  • Responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative corporate objectives and supervises compliance with legal, collective and company regulations.
  • First contact point for the local market and actively steers the relationship with the key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
  • Strong professional experience in collections
  • Experience in a service center environment or customer services
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Native speaker level in Spanish Language
  • Proficiency in English, German will be considered as a plus.
  • Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel & Powerpoint)
