Tasks
- Responsible for everything financial at 42 Heilbronn: Budgeting, forecasting, monthly and annual closing, main contact person for tax consultants, bookkeeping and auditors
- Oversight over administrative structure and certificates
- Operational HR tasks / running of the HR ERP System
- Stewardship of the “non-profit- status and contract management – first contact person for staff when it comes to legal and contracts
- Process responsibility for all admin processes: finances / budgeting, procurement, HR, contract management
- Main contact person for visa and school accreditation topics
- Scholarship responsibility: constantly review scholarship decisions, improve and monitor the process
- Interaction with students and conducting town halls (scholarships, application training etc.)
- Completed studies in Legal or Business, or training as Finance / Accounting specialist, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling, Operations or Legal or a related field
- Team player who also excels independently, demonstrating a hands-on mentality and a high level of self-motivation. Works in a structured and efficient manner
- Fluency in German and English
- (At least basic) knowledge in: Budgeting, HGB Accounting, Controlling, German (NPO) Law, HR
