ng-voice is a software startup specializing in Voice over Internet services. Our IMS solution allows mobile network operators to offer cloud-native voice services over 4G and 5G networks, revolutionizing the telecommunications landscape. Partnering with Cloud Service Providers like AWS and Google Cloud, we help telco operators stay ahead in the game. Join us in expanding our onsite teams in Hamburg and Berlin, as well as our remote team!
Position overview:
As a Working Student Employer Branding & Events, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive employer branding initiatives, organize events, and contribute to our company's success.
The role is located in Hamburg.
What you'll do
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies and initiatives.
- Develop campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
- Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees, making them our brand ambassadors.
- Organize and coordinate team-building activities and social events.
- Assist with overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture by enhancing employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity through various initiatives.
Our ideal new colleague
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Is available between 10-20 hours per week.
- Strong interest in employer branding and event management.
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- C1-C2 German level and above B2 knowledge of English.
