Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business problems that can be solved using data-driven approaches
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize business processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply them to improve existing models and processes
- Collaborate with software engineers and IT teams to deploy and integrate data science and machine learning solutions into production systems
Your qualifications
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical field with a focus on Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
- Excellent programming skills (e.g. Python)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with data storage architectures and technologies (e.g. SQL DB, NoSQL DB, data lake)
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- High degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in a team
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
