Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is the financial and mobility services division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. The products extend from leasing and finance to subscription, fleet management, insurance solutions, banking services, mobility services and digital services for charging and payment. Mercedes-Benz Mobility operates in 35 countries with the headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany.

The M/SX-T (Strategy, Execution and Transformation) office is part of the Strategy department and responsible for the global change and transformation activities at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. The Transformation Office is a crucial element for successful strategy implementation and execution by focusing on the people side of change, strategy understanding, communication, and organizational culture. Our success is highly dependent on the effectiveness of our network within MBM and the MB Group. Therefore, we focus on a strong connection to all business functions across every level.

Your responsibilities will include, supporting the following tasks:

  • Designing, developing, communicating, and implementing Change and Transformation Management Initiatives on a Global level
  • Maintaining a Global Center of Competence for Change Management
  • Management and Development of a Global Transformation Network
  • Survey and Data Evaluation
  • Self-reliant Project Management activities
  • Planning and implementation of strategic Leadership event formats
  • Preparation of decision-making subjects for the Board of Management and other stakeholders
  • Autonomous self-development in business-related topics

  • Studies in the field of Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related studies
  • Self-motivated, well organized to manage a hybrid work environment
  • Strong methodical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge in survey/interview preparations and data analysis is of advantage
  • Proficoency level of English (written and spoken) - Knowledge of German is a benefit

Additional qualifications:

  • Experience from previous internships
  • Knowledge in Strategy / Change Management / Project Management are of advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking / Automotive Industry / Mercedes-Benz are of advantage
  • Intercultural Experiences are of advantage
