We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Mining Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a keen interest in process mining. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures that support our process mininig initiative.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) new source systems following Allianz IT and non-IT standards
- Act as technical lead regarding Process Mining data integrations towards AP architecture to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Coordinate technical topics and incidents towards Celonis/ Process Mining platform provider
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing data transfer pipelines and ensure seamless data data flow
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to prepare data for Process Mining analysis
- Support Process Mining analysts in defining advanced/ complex queries and business analysis
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data engineering best practices
- Help AP BUs drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining/ Celonis
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other related field
- 2+ years in management / process improvement / technology consulting, professinal services, or software services/implementation
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
- SQL and data visualisation experience mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions in person and in writing
- Experience in Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis), and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) or Insurance industry is a plus
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous
- Willingness to travel occassionally (3-5 days per quarter)
- Excellent language skills: Business professional English speaking and writing, any other foreign language is a plus
