4flow software develops global standard software products for supply chain and transportation planning that can be used across industries. With an integrated planning approach, our software covers use cases from long-term optimization of network structures to short-term optimization of transportation utilization.

  • Supervising and providing technical leadership of the UX community of practice, which consists of six team members with different focus areas within UX and various levels of experience.
  • Promoting your team members' growth by sharing best practices and distributing UX competencies as needed by assigning your team members to agile product-focused teams.
  • Contributing to a product-market fit by collaborating with product management and carrying out data-based analysis and evaluation of user needs.
  • Taking responsibility for the user experience of our software solutions, as well as resource and stakeholder management. This will include holding innovation and strategy meetings and introducing new methods to improve the maturity of UX for our software.

  • You have a university degree in communications or media design, psychology, human factors, interaction design, or a similar field.
  • You already have several years of hands-on leadership experience, ideally in UX design. Additionally, you have experience in interface and interaction design, as well as with developing and using complex design systems for digital products.
  • You're passionate about and committed to UX development, and you're excited to promote and represent UX across our business lines.
  • You're prepared for regular business travel to Berlin, Germany, and are very familiar with common tools for creating digital user interfaces (e.g., Figma). You also have excellent English.
