As a Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Officer you will be responsible for delivering operational compliance in all aspects of our food portfolio, as we strive to deliver Kellanova's business plans. The role is based in our offices in Hamburg on a hybrid working split between home, office and occasional work locations across Europe as needed.

You will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on product compliance and department KPIs as part of the Regulatory and Nutrition Team. No two days are the same as you work to achieve compliance across our diverse product portfolio – one day you may be training internal stakeholders on a new compliance requirement, the second assisting with information for our European regulatory authorities on one of our products. You will be a valued member of the regulatory profession across the business and your experience, expertise and guidance will be essential in our existing and future growth. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Data-Driven Decision Support - Supports the wider operations team with data and analysis to ensure data/information driven decisions can be made.
  • Data Ownership and Continuous Improvement - Data owner for relevant in team systems and dashboards, ensuring right first time and continuous improvement methodology.
  • Advocate for Consistent Information - Champion of ‘one version of the truth' information for regulatory and wellbeing teams.
  • Regulatory and Nutrition Operations Support - Support operations of Regulatory and Nutrition operations team as required.

  • Skills and experience with data and document management, dashboarding etc.
  • An analytical/attention to detail mindset who has experience in prioritizing workloads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong expertise in Excel
