IMPACT starts with us: We are seeking a talented and passionate Client Development Manager to help drive the Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory (RECA) Client Development program within Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business.

Schneider Electric's Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory Business is the leading advisor of corporate renewable energy procurement globally.

From strategy, through sourcing; from unbundled EACs to Cross-border VPPAs and Supply Chain aggregations and beyond. There isn't a step of the journey where we don't provide unprecedented value to our clients.

Your IMPACT:
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.
  • The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Our business development team is looking for a passionate self-starter, with a proven track-record of complex, multi-stakeholder sales and impeccable communication skills.
  • This is a full-time role which can be either remote, hybrid or based in one of our many Office hubs in Europe.

About You
  • Proven track record in the field of Client Development, Client Relations, and Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven track-record of learning and growth
  • Knowledge of sustainability and renewable energy technologies is a plus
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory. Any additional language is an asset.
