Expert in Yield Enhancement (m/f/d)
Location: 80331, München
- Project Leadership: Lead yield enhancement (YE) projects in semiconductor processes, develop overall strategies and plans, and drive effective implementation of these strategies and plans.
- Defect Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of defects and failure modes in the semiconductor manufacturing process, applying professional knowledge and tools to identify key factors affecting yield.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., process, equipment, design) to collaboratively resolve yield-related issues and ensure products meet yield targets on time and with high quality.
- Monitoring System: Establish and optimize the yield monitoring system, collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of production data, and provide strong support for decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide the YE engineer team, improving the technical ability and problem-solving skills of the team.
- Technology Introduction: Research and introduce new technologies and methods to improve yield rates, continuously optimizing the process flow and production efficiency.
- Academic Background: Master's degree or above in semiconductor, microelectronics, physics, materials science, chemistry, optoelectronics, electronics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: More than 6 years of experience in large-scale FAB YE projects and SiC YE experience. Experience with 8-inch and 12-inch processes is preferred.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, etc.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods, with the ability to extract valuable information from large data sets.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent team leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional resources.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to quickly respond to complex yield challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Technology Awareness: Keen awareness of new technologies and trends in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-On Approach: Hands-on mentality and open mindset for working in a cross-cultural setting.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: Open for international business trips or delegations.
