Expert in Manufacturing Quality Control (m/f/d)

Location: 80331, München


  • Quality System Architecture: Design and develop the architecture of the manufacturing quality system for the semiconductor industry. Focus on continuously enhancing system maturity and maintaining product quality consistency to align with customer requirements.
  • Quality Assessment: Evaluate and analyze the quality management system according to customer requirements and industry standards. Identify areas of weakness and risk, and lead the formulation of solutions and technical decisions.
  • Quality Leadership: Direct departments and teams in the implementation of quality management solutions. Integrate quality requirements, standards, and principles into processes, regulations, and standards, while driving business transformations and quality improvements.
  • Quality Culture: Foster a Quality-First culture by executing the Quality-First strategy. Plan and implement quality culture initiatives, enhance quality awareness, and develop incentive systems for all employees.

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in overseeing semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, equipment management, and quality control methods.

  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with both silicon-based and non-silicon-based implementations preferred.

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of raw material properties and key quality requirements in wafer manufacturing (lithography, etching, ion implantation, etc.). Mastery of the wafer manufacturing process, equipment management, and quality control methods.

  • Process Experience: Experience in process development, process integration, and manufacturing quality control. Experience in establishing a quality system in a new facility is a plus.

  • Personal Traits: Strong work motivation, responsibility, and precise, clear thinking. Excellent skills in analysis and improvement.

  • Quality Methods: Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC7 methods.

  • Quality Management: Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management system and high stress resistance.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; German and/or Chinese are advantageous.

  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to undertake international business trips or delegations.
