Expert in Diffusion Equipment Operation & Maintenance (m/f/d)
Location: 80331, München
- Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of diffusion module relevant equipment, including technical assessment/selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
- Capability Building & Team Management: Responsible for building the capability of diffusion module relevant equipment and managing the team. Build team structure and sustainably grow the competitiveness in equipment technology.
- Technology Insight & Strategic Planning: Provide technology insight and planning of relevant manufacturing equipment to stay on track with industrial trends. Prepare key equipment technology and build core technology know-how.
- Equipment Improvement & Optimization: Responsible for equipment upgrades, modifications, or second-source substitution to enhance efficiency, stability, and throughput, and to solve important technology issues.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline within the semiconductor industry.
- Work Experience: Over 12 years of experience working on semiconductor diffusion equipment introduction or development. Fab experience in SiC product introduction or production is a must.
- Mass Production Experience: Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial.
- Technical Understanding: Good understanding of ion implantation, furnace, and rapid annealing equipment in semiconductor manufacturing. Familiar with ion implantation, furnace, and rapid annealing equipment suppliers in the industry and understanding of equipment design architecture.
- Independence: Ability to independently complete the transformation and improvement of equipment, and independently analyze and solve abnormalities of online machines and products.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train new employees and lead team members to complete the scheduled work. Experience in team development and daily technology work management is preferred.
- Working Style: Hands-on mentality and open mindset for cross-cultural working settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Additionally, German and/or Chinese is a plus.
