Our Innovation team in Düsseldorf (or remote) is looking for you! The ideal candidate will support our Technology Management project by conducting thorough research, organizing findings, and aiding in various technology-related inquiries and improvements. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology management, data analysis, and innovation processes.
- Conduct comprehensive research on key parameters (LCOS, CAPEX, OPEX etc.) following our innovation technology methodology
- Manage, format, and regularly update the collected data to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Support the inquiry and analysis of available technology data and requirements from different business units
- Conceptualize and execute improvements to enhance our technology management processes
- Assist in organizing research findings and presenting them in a clear, concise manner
- Collaborate with team members to integrate research insights into the overall project strategy
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in technology management, Engineering (energy, renewables, or sustainability systems preferred), Innovation Management, or Energy Economics in a well-ranked school
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with MS SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Familiarity with MS Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Previous work or project experience in technology management, product planning, or production engineering, flexibility markets are desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively gather and convey requirements
- A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies and processes
- A team player but also capable of working independently
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
