  • As Manager for Competence and Leadership Enabling you are responsible for coordination of strategic CPtM processes at GR.
  • Furthermore, you consult GR managers and initiate new learning formats at GR.
  • In addition, you oversee and manage the budget of training programs within GR.
  • You analyze and conceptualize Leadership Enabling measures like development and conduction of measures.
  • Moreover, you are also responsible for impact topics, such as the steering of yearly Pulse Check and Executive Pulse Check.
  • Last but not least, you support Bosch learning strategies and design future GR solutions.

  • Education: completed university studies
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the area of personnel development, leadership enabling and competence management
  • Personality and Working Practice: as a manager, you are very good at bringing together different opinions and ideas from participants and quickly grasp the issues in complex projects; you have a persuasive nature; you are able to work under pressure, organised and have good argumentation and communication skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English

*in accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 113.000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
