We are a global manufacturer of premium-quality machine embroidery threads and supplies. Exporting in over 100 countries with 50 partners and 10 subsidiaries, we are looking to reinforce our international marketing team. Knowledge about textiles is helpful and can be an asset to your application. Your curiosity will make training fast and easy and while you strengthen our team at our Freiburg headquarter, we will teach you everything else about our exciting business.


  • Develop and drive our product portfolio on a global or international scale over all relevant communication channels
  • Lead and manage product categories, product groups or communication campaigns
  • Develop marketing instruments and sales tools for your product categories such as web landing pages, brochures, etc.
  • Planning and management of marketing activities in order to increase sales and generate leads
  • Identify key market opportunities for development, market trends and customer requirements, as a whole and within industry sectors
  • Analysis of market and competitor data as well as customer demand
  • Evaluation of defined KPIs, costs and other controlling measures

  • Master's degree in business marketing, textile technology or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing management in an international environment. Knowledge and skills in textiles are highly appreciated (fabrics, interlinings, threads etc.).
  • Extensive online marketing and communication skills and understanding
  • Considerable level of creativity and resilience
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, implementation strengths, flexibility and target-oriented approach
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent business English (native speaker, C1, C2) and German (native speaker, C1, B2 level), spoken and written mandatory
  • Any additional foreign language skills are welcome
  • Well organised, excellent social skills
  • Strong project management, problem-solving & analytical thinking skills
