As SAP Sales Director you will help our customers to best use SAP solutions and advise them to leverage SAP to meet their business objectives. You will be focusing on SAP driven business transformations in specific industries. You will get coaching by inspiring and challenging leaders and will have access to best of training in the industry to continuously enhance your expertise.

Your daily work
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Manage opportunities from end-to-end – originate and shape deals and bring them to closure.
  • Maintain relationships with SAP sales leadership and Account execs to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities.
  • Conduct research as well as competitor analysis, delivering client presentations, preparing estimates, proposals and participating in negotiations.
  • Help identify the right SAP solution for the Customer.

  • 10+ years' experience with strong sales, relationship management and account management experience in the Technology/SAP services industry
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree. Additional Master degree will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience of sales origination (preferably in a consulting environment) and of building relationships with C-suite clients, both at established and emerging clients
  • Ability to develop early credibility both internally and externally to enable us to become the trusted partner for our long-standing and emerging clients
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English and German
