The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.
We offer a hybrid working model that combines regular office presence in Frankfurt am Main with home office.
- Elicitation, documentation and validation of business requirements
- Identification of business and technical dependencies
- Definition of user stories and other requirement documents in alignment with business stakeholders and product owners
- Definition of interface requirements in complex IT landscapes
- Definition of target IT architectures in collaboration with corporate architecture team
- Ensurance of software quality by functional testing and integration testing of new deliverables provided by the development team
- Management of and communication with stakeholders and external team members from our vendors
- Collaborate closely with our Product Owners, technical architects and Key Users from backend and frontend systems (e.g. SAP / Salesforce / PIM / SAP Commerce)
- Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company, digital agency or similar job
- Several years of experience in software development or implementation of complex system architectures
- Experience in agile development processes, ideally as business analyst / requirements engineer in collaboration with product owners and technical architects
- Experience in requirements documentation and dependency mapping between digital customer touchpoints and backend systems
- Experience in Software Testing and software development projects with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Technical understanding of IT architecture and internet technologies for web applications
- Software development skills (e.g. object oriented programming) and Agile Development (Scrum or Kanban) or Engineering Certifications (e.g. IREB) are beneficial
- Test Certifications (e.g. ISTQB), Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) Certifications are a plus
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams distributed across multiple-geographical locations.
- Fluent in English spoken and written, German and further languages are beneficial.
