As project manager in the International Media Management team you will be responsible for managing complex international media projects for the ALDI Nord Group. You will ensure the efficient and effective execution of your projects in time, quality and budget.

You will manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all ALDI Nord countries, across functions and all levels including C-level.


  • Stakeholder management
    • Serve as the central point of contact for all project related matters
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
    • Enable decision making via reporting excellence for board level decision makers
    • Organize and lead project meeting, both physical and virtual

  • Project planning and execution
    • Develop project set-up across countries and stakeholders
    • Develop detailed project plans taking into account corporate processes
    • Monitor progress and timely delivery, manage projects in Jira
    • Identify and mitigate project risks
    • Plan and execute projects within ALDI Nord project standards and requirements

  • Resource management
    • Manage project resources in coordination with our international media agency
    • Coordinate and monitor internal and external project resources
  • Reporting and documentation
    • Prepare and present project status reports to management and other stakeholders
    • Ensure complete and accurate project documentation

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or project manager in a media context.
  • Skills: Stakeholder management and project management
  1. Understanding of retail and media industry structures and the different roles and stakeholders within
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  3. Knowledge of Jira or willing to learn
  4. Strong understanding of Media and advertising
  • Language: English and German, preferably other languages
  • Mindset: Positive, ambitious, pragmatic business driven attitude
  • Enjoys and excels at stakeholder management across all levels
  • Willing to travel
