We are looking for an experienced Compensation Program Manager (m/f/d) for our financial services clients in Frankfurt am Main. As a subject matter expert in compensation, you will provide strategic leadership and advice regarding the design, delivery, and utilization of compensation programs, services, and tools. This role covers all areas of compensation, including base and variable compensation programs, market analysis and benchmarking of salary surveys, compensation analysis and technical support for base and bonus planning cycles, complex data analysis and validation, investigation of compensation trends and best practices, and other compensation-related activities to support strategic projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will provide basic regional support for international, global mobility programs.
Support, train, and advise on the company's compensation programs
Lead the design, implementation, and management of base and variable compensation programs to support corporate objectives in Workday
Conduct advanced job analyses and lead annual ad-hoc market salary reviews
Review market data, conduct advanced analyses, and make recommendations based on assessments
Provide technical support for base salary and bonus planning cycles
Roll out planning resources and training
Research international compensation trends and best practices in the external market
Evaluate current programs, identify opportunities for process improvement, conduct research and analysis, develop business cases, and lead the implementation and change management of improvements
Review and audit Workday employee compensation and job data elements
Provide basic support for global mobility programs under the guidance of the Global Mobility Team as needed
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Relevant knowledge of compensation procedures, tools, and services
Fluent in German and English
