What awaits you?

  • You develop and implement test strategies and plans for the central control unit project, including defining scope, objectives, and methods.
  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders like developers, testers, and managers to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • You coordinate and lead a team of test managers and testers, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure efficient testing activities.
  • Design and execute test cases to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of the control unit software, including test scenarios and documentation.
  • You measure the test process using metrics, report findings and identify areas for improvement to address them.
  • Furthermore, you manage testing activities and plan for future testing requirements, resources, and infrastructure.

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with validation processes in the field of electrical/electronic development.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, service packs, and toolkits with a focus on integration and validation.
  • In-depth knowledge of software and system development processes in an agile environment, knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery, cloud services.
  • Proactive, independent, and responsible work approach, analytical thinking, and structured approach in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English required, German skills are a plus.
