What awaits you
- Customer support: You carry out commissioning, acceptance and customer training independently. You are also responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting remotely and on-site for our customers
- Project work: Create project-specific requirement definitions and individual documentation of project implementation
- Error management: You carry out the emergency troubleshooting service, with the help of your occasional commitment
- Training in electrical engineering, computer science or a similar field and possibly initial experience in field service
- Knowledge of network technology, Windows operating systems and Windows 2016/2019 servers, Linux, or in dealing with cloud services and container orchestration (e.g. with Docker)
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English
