YesStyle.com is a leading global provider of Korean and other Asian cosmetic products in B2C e-commerce and B2B distribution. With headquarters in Hong Kong and offices in Korea, Japan and Europe, the 25-year-old company currently employs a diverse team of over 500 people. YesStyle.com now has several million customers globally with a focus on the Northern America, Europe, and Australia.

Objective of the position:
As the Director of Market Expansion EMEA, you will manage YesStyle.com's business operations in the EU and MENA (EMEA). You develop, implement and support growth plans to drive YesStyle's business growth in the EMEA region and establish the YesStyle brand as the market leader for Korean cosmetics in this region.


  • Growth Strategy and Business Development: You identify and develop new business opportunities, plan and implement strategic projects, partnerships, marketing and sales initiatives (online and offline) to achieve the company's growth targets, expand the company's profile and market share in the EMEA region.
  • Team Building and Management: You build and lead an international team of 10-15 to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. Operating the team and the Berlin office, you foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth and team culture throughout the company and across all team members and functions.
  • Client Relationship Management: You develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to business growth and increased market share. You represent YesStyle in EMEA at industry events, conferences and trade fairs, establish presence for the company, identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Digital Marketing: You will work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales through various marketing channels. Marketing channels include search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media and influencer marketing

  • University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing / e-commerce
  • 10-15 years of professional experience, with several years in the beauty sector
  • Take initiative and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with an international team and build business partnerships
  • Native German and fluent English language skills
  • Arabic or other EU language proficiency would be an advantage
