Supply Chain Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Overall supply chain management from purchasing until end customer supply
• Ensuring and coordinating inventory levels, including purchasing, delivery order processing to the headquarter/parent company, and handling inbound/outbound logistics
• Support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
• Coordinate the complete handling of the transportation chain and logistics processes
• Monitoring, reviewing, and processing logistic-related costs
• Monthly stock analysis and inventory management, including on-site stock investigation
• Customer service and complaint handling
• Monthly closing of inventory levels and customer invoicing
• Close communication with sales, customers, and logistics partners
• Customer balance confirmation and account verification
• Sales/accounting-related administration and support inside sales administration
• Customs clearance and duty management
• Processing of purchase orders and preparation of sales invoices
• Tracking supplier contracts, checking, and entering supplier invoices


Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with PC and related software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system preferred
• Business Fluent in English required, German is a plus
