Key Account / Channel Manager Eastern Europe ‒ Medical & Regulatory Technology (m/f/d)


  • In this role, you'll represent our full line of sterilisation and disinfection control products and services in all activities related to channel partner support and drive marketing, lead management, and sales strategies to grow our brand equity and market share.
  • You'll have direct responsibility for 2–4 key accounts, which will involve preparing proposals, creating sales incentives, as well as managing forecasts and sales funnels to grow our business.
  • This effort includes evaluating the effectiveness of current programmes as well as developing, implementing, and refining an optimised channel strategy.
  • In addition, you will lead partner planning sessions to define mutual goals and manage/resolve channel conflicts through excellent communication and a commitment to our rules of engagement.
  • You'll identify, evaluate, and approach potential distributors, OEMs, value-added resellers, and channel partners while coordinating resources to meet (and exceed) partner expectations and ultimately build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Of course, you'll also analyze territories for opportunities to expand coverage and continually monitor our partners' needs to ensure compliance with agreements and anti-corruption policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, molecular biology, or a related field, preferably with experience in the medical device or regulatory industry
  • Several (5+) years of experience in direct sales or large account management with multiple years (2+) of channel sales management experience, as well as a strong track record of driving market share gains in the Life Sciences and Healthcare market in Eastern Europe
  • Specialist knowledge in establishing a network of channel partners to drive growth and market share
  • Excellent English communication skills, additional languages adaptable to various countries and cultures, to build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing business operations and performing basic analytics, along with the ability to comprehend client applications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
  • A competitive, enthusiastic team player with a positive can-do attitude who is not only ambitious and dedicated, but also demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask projects with shifting priorities.

  • A typical office and biological laboratory environment represent the majority of the work environment. The noise level is moderately quiet.
  • Significant travel (50–75%) within the region and two annual trips to the US are planned (including visits to channel partners, end user sites, key accounts, and industry events).
  • Multiple customer visits or virtual meetings per week. Home office when not travelling.

The salary range for this position is €70,000 – €80,000 (40% commission target).
