The Corporate Center of Excellence (CoE) for AI, Advanced Analytics and Big Data is working on #TheNextBigThing in the field of AI, Advanced Analytics and Big Data. The CoE is divided into different teams, such as the DDX and CDC team, which you would support during your internship.

DDX stands for Dynamic Data Exchange and represents an internal central data marketplace that allows customers within the Mercedes Benz organization to provide and consume data products.

The CDC stands for the Corporate Data Catalog and is an on-premise application in which data from the company's system landscape is documented, cross division and cross region.

The two teams DDX and CDC work very closely together in an agile working model according to SAFe and always act together in communication topics and marketing measures.

During your internship, you will support us in day-to-day operations and gain insight into the work of various roles in an agile team (according to SAFe). You can also expect exciting and varied tasks in the areas of project management, marketing, communication, event organization and user experience. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about working in an international team.

Your tasks:

  • You support us in the material preparation and graphic processing of documents and presentations
  • You look after and design our content on our social intranet channels
  • You will help us to plan and implement internal events
  • You design new marketing measures for our IT products with us
  • You help with the design and implementation of surveys and UX tests
  • You actively support us in day-to-day business and get to know the working methods of an agile team according to SAFe
  • You will gain insight into the activities of various SAFe roles, such as Product Owner and Scrum Master

  • Degree in business administration, economics with a focus on communication and marketing, business psychology or a comparable degree
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Safe handling of MS Office, especially Power Point
  • Openness to technical issues and IT systems
  • Ability to work in a team and intercultural understanding
  • Conceptual and creative thinking skills
  • Personal initiative and organizational skills
