Business Development Assistant (m/f/diverse)

The successful applicant is a talent with a high drive of supporting the Business Unit Office and Industry Supplies (OFIS) to develop the business in an international environment who aspires to a career in a business-driven, globally operating company and is characterised by his/her adaptable and decision-making work in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you are responsible for the direct support of our Business Development Managers within the BU, which combines the entire range of international marketing and sales activities.


  • Consolidate and analyse data and information relevant to the business unit, including preparation of presentations and research
  • Provide support to increase business development across Europe for the edding B2B channels with a strong focus on the office, education and industrial channels, trade and consumers
  • Support and collaborate in project work and other initiatives in the context of sustainability / ESG / CSR
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams or agile squads
  • Support in analysing the sales area/market potential, track concepts and assist in the development of measures
  • Support the teams in overarching administrative and organisational tasks, such as budget management or the organisation of important meetings and events

  • Finished business studies or comparable training/apprenticeship in commerce
  • First international business development experience in B2B markets with a focus on strategic marketing and sales topics
  • Basic understanding of customer/consumer needs and customer orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluency in English
  • Teamplayer with hands-on attitude
  • Good communication skills
