- Concepting and managing international MarCom (sub-)projects in the team Corporate Brand & Campaigning
- Developing detailed project plans and monitoring progress while delivering projects on time, within budget and scope
- Coordinating closely with internal departments in the HQ and national MarCom stakeholders as well as external agencies and service providers
- Conducting risk management to minimize project risks
- Tracking project performance using appropriate KPIs and metrics
- Creation of presentations and reports for the relevant stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Proven work experience as a marketing project manager on agency side, ideally in trade sector
- Master Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong in communication and convincing with high self-confidence
- English minimum B2/C1
