The roughly 2,600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment handle terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.


  • Act as a subject-matter expert, attending meetings and participating in relevant projects that affect key processes and policies within TM
  • Take responsibility for higher levels of contracting and pricing decisions
  • Lead of a team within Trade Management
  • Preparation of meeting material for board, Budget or REM meetings
  • Coordination of the Budget / FC process in close coordination with the director
  • Develop pricing guidelines taking into account market trends, competitors' behavior, contribution margins, imbalances and utilization of ship systems by using available business systems (QlikView) as well as market feedback from frontline commercial teams
  • Structured analysis of key performance indicators for pricing guidelines aiming at full utilization combined with profit maximization taking into account different sales channels and internal processes
  • Revenue management of the individual cargo types (dry, reefer, special, dangerous goods) and steering with regard to target achievement
  • Preparation of the APM calls with the areas and ensure dialogue is performance driven
  • Collaboration with Cargo Control to provide allocation of slots on individual ship systems for customers and coordination with other Trade Management departments

  • Several years of professional experience in shipping/forwarding/logistics
  • Professional experience in Trade Management, and/or Sales
  • Analytical, systematic and efficient working style
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of operational processes in the transportation industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, language proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is also desirable but not a must
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT systems QlikView, FIS, Excel and PowerPoint
