As our current colleague is involved in another project for a certain period, we are looking for a temporary replacement for the position of Group Procurement Excellence for 6-9 months.


  • Coordinate and support the global procurement team on implementation of DPE procurement policy, processes and tools
  • Identified standard operating procedures which will also become DPE Policies (e.g. Vendor selection and tender process, workflows of key critical processes in general) require global adoption and finalization then followed by local market customisation and introduction; including written summary (procedures, manuals, and charts), alignment reviews and trainings for local market colleagues
  • Reporting: continue to develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data with the tools currently in place and create on demand further reports that are available cross-country.
  • Market Intelligence: support global procurement team members on trainings with existing partners, if applicable coordinate and support trainings with alternative market players
  • Other tasks as required

  • 5+ years relevant strategic Procurement experience with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes, and modern procurement tools.
  • Proven track record of procurement best practices know-how
  • Understanding of flawless service delivery and customer service
  • Background preferably in the food industry or similar high speed agile, customer centric environment
  • Background in franchised business – is a plus
  • Fluent in English. Any other language of country where we operate in is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills, Outlook, Excel, and Word, Power BI and programmes like Lucid Chart would be a Plus
  • Must be able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment impacted by changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as remotely
  • Strong project management skills incl. hands-on-mentality and problem solving orientation
  • Strong intercultural skillset to communicate across various countries and regions
  • Analytical, fact-based, strong conceptual skills
  • Capable to combine a strategic vision with hands-on mindset to achieve target
