- Responsible for creating, maintaining and managing deployment, testing and rollout plans in close collaboration with Product Teams and Customers
- Define requirements, curate stakeholders, and drive the execution towards a concerted goal
- Establish metrics to track progress, risks and the impact to goals
- Work closely with business leaders and technical partners to translate business goals to technical requirements
- Define and manage testing (UI Test , Functional Test, System Test , Smoke Test , System Integration Test , E2E Test , UAT Test , Production Sanity Test , Data validation Test , Parallel test etc.) and rollout plans in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities, align across cross-functional stakeholders, pursue solutions while assessing trade-offs, and ensure the rollout of our ALDI products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- More than 5 years' experience, preferably across Retail, Distribution and Consumer goods companies
- Experienced in program management, implementation, testing and support of ERPs
- Experience in AZURE based custom developed Website, functional testing and integration solutions on the Azure platform
- For Senior Managers: Experience in managing test and rollout teams
- Expertise in retail (e.g., Grocery, Fashion, Health & Personal Care and Agribusiness) will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and business fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
